Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms:
• I reserve the right to decline any commissions for any reason, included but not limited to whether I am uncomfortable with a request or believe I cannot feasibly fulfill it, either due to the expected deadline or the subject matter.• All produced artwork may be used by me for display purposes on my social media and website.• Your commission may be streamed on my personal Twitch account unless you’ve requested otherwise.• I hold rights to all produced artwork and you may only use it for personal use unless a commercial license has been purchased.• None of my work, commercially licensed or otherwise, can be used in any blockchain related technologies (cryptocurrencies, NFTs, etc.).• Credit for licensed work isn’t necessary, but is greatly appreciated.
• All payments will be done via PayPal and must be paid in full before sketching begins. You will receive an invoice once your commission has been accepted.• An additional fee of 5% of your order total applies to all non-US payments.• All sales are final. Refunds will only be given in the following scenarios:
○ If sketching has not begun you are entitled to a full refund.
○ If the sketch is already underway but hasn’t been completed, you may receive a refund of up to 40% of your original payment.
• Commissions can take up to two weeks to be completed after payment has cleared.• You may be contacted with periodic updates if I have questions or suggestions regarding the artwork in process.• You are entitled to three revisions during the sketching phase. Additional changes may require extra fees.• You are entitled to up to three revisions during the colouring phase. Additional changes may require extra fees.• I will not alter a commission once it’s been finished unless an extra fee is paid.
Frequently Asked Questions
• How much do you charge for X?Prices vary per project when it comes to illustrations beyond emotes and subscriber badges. Fully rendered illustrations can start as low as $30 depending on the style and amount of detail. Hit me up for a quote!• How long will my commission take?It depends on several factors, like the size and complexity of the commission, as well as what my workload is looking like. I’m a full-time artist and can sometimes have a queue with dozens of projects in it. I will give you a more detailed estimate when discussing your project.• But I need my commission urgently!Rush services are available for an extra charge of 30% of the total of your order, but I must remind you I’m (sadly!) not an art-making machine, and rushing the creative process doesn’t often work out in my favour.• Do you make reference sheets?I do! Prices for those start at $100 per character with up to ten props. I can do these from scratch without references and only need a character description, but if you already have existing art I can totally work with that.• Can you draw my furry mecha magical girl?Sure, I’ll give it a go! I’m more than happy to draw a wide variety of subjects and topics, except for the following:
• fetish art
• political figures
• gore• Do you draw NSFW art?Not at the moment. Yep, though R-18 pieces are exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, and prices differ greatly from my normal rates. Feel free to inquire if you’re interested!• What forms of payment do you accept?I take payments through PayPal only, as it’s the most secure way to protect us both and have a smooth transaction! An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide and the payment must be paid in full before I can get started with your commission. Splitting payments for larger commissions can also be discussed.• Can I make merchandise of my commission?All the rights to any artwork I produce are mine, and the artwork is meant to be used exclusively for personal, non-commercial use unless a commercial license has been paid. Commercial licenses typically start at 100% price of the original piece.
